Plastic Sheet Extrusion

Roettele Industries extrudes thermoplastics in-house to provide better quality, lead time and competitive pricing on die cut plastic washers and gaskets. We extrude TPE materials such as Santoprene ®, Kraton ®, or Dynaflex ™ to sheet for die cutting.

Precision Tool Making

Roettele Industries fabricates hard tooling in-house to achieve precision tolerance and high repeatability on die cut rubber gaskets and washers. Fabricating tooling in-house allows for versatility in stamping a variety of non-metallic materials from die cut foam liners to Neoprene ® washers.
