Our plastic die cut products include: plastic washers, plastic gaskets, plastic spacers, and plastic shims. Our products are die cut per our customer specifications.
We extrude plastic sheeting in-house to reduce cost, and provide better quality and lead time.
Roettele Industries manufacturing processes allows us to achieve dimensional tolerances of up to +/- .002" including part thickness.
Our plastic washers are die cut using hard tooling fabricated in-house. These precision machined dies are critical to die cutting plastics to precision tolerances and producing high CPK values on part dimensions.
Co-Extruded Plastic Foam is an excellent material for die cut liners and gaskets. The F217 ® Tri-Layer Foam is a co-extruded plastic foam liner material specifically designed for caps and closures. F217 has a three layer design that provides outstanding sealing characteristics. LDPE is used for the top and bottom skin with a foamed polyolefin center core. F217 Tri-layer foams are offered in various densities from 25 - 36 lbs/ft^3
