Precision Die Cut Products
Roettele Industries is a ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of precision die cut non-metallic products. Our products are custom made using high speed presses and hard tooling fabricated in-house.
With our unique tool design and stamping process, we can produce a gasket as small as .062 diameter or as large as 18 inches across while maintaining precise tolerances.

Diaphragms
Diaphragms are available in a variety of materials including silicone, latex-free rubber, or fabric inserted rubber. Medical grade and FDA approved materials are also available.
Discs
Discs are die cut to custom diameters in a variety of rubber and plastic materials. Custom rubber compounds are available.
Gaskets
Gaskets are manufactured to custom sizes using a variety of rubber, plastic, or TPE materials.
Insulators
Insulator are die cut to custom dimensions and available in a variety of materials including rubber, plastic, or TPE.
Spacers
Spacers are die cut per customer specifications. Spacers are available in a variety of materials including Rubber, Plastic, and extruded TPE materials like Dynaflex or Santoprene.
Pre-Cut Liners
Liners are manufactured to diameters from 5mm - 200mm. Liners are available in a variety of materials including F217 PE foam.
Shims
Shims are die cut to customer specifications using a variety of non-metallic materials.
Washers
Washers are manufactured to custom sizes in a variety of non-metallic materials including rubber, plastic and TPE.
Thermoplastic Sheet Extrusions
Roettele Industries extrudes thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. Extruded sheets are available in thicknesses from .020" to .250" and up to 36" wide. Plastic and TPR materials are rolled on to standard 3" paper cores and available in quantities from 500 lbs to 80,000 lbs runs.
Some common plastics we extrude are: polyethylene, EVA, polypropylene, Santoprene, Dynaflex, and Kraton.
