Our die cut rubber products are made per customer specifications and include rubber gaskets, rubber washers, rubber spacers, rubber discs.
Roettele Industries stamping process and unique tool design allows us to achieve dimensional tolerances of up to +/- .002".
We can achieve tight tolerances and high repeatability on die cut rubber gaskets because of our in-house fabricated hard tooling. Our machined dies are critical to die cutting rubber materials to precision tolerances and producing high CPK from lot to lot.
We offer custom rubber compounds to meet your specific requirements in physical properties, chemical resistance, surface finish, and thickness. Medical grade, phthalate free, FDA approved, NSF approved, REACH compliant, or MIL Spec are available.
We extrude thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) in-house like Santoprene, Dynaflex or Kraton. From our TPE sheet extrusions we can die cut TPE gaskets that can be good alternative to most synthetic rubber gaskets. Plus, because TPE is a recyclable material we can reduce costs while being environmentally responsible.
